Conflict is one of the most powerful human interactions. Probably due to its biased utilization, the word "conflict" has become a cursed word.
However, this negative vision is only one of the possible perspectives. Actually conflict can be a positive drive for the development of our inner strengths.
Precisely one of the intentions of this book is to analyze the conflict and what are the factors and strategies that can minimize its negative consequences and what lines of action it is necessary to adopt to enjoy its benefits, which actually exist.
The best example is given by a standard team-building process, where in order to actually build a team, we have to go through a "conflict" stage, where all "pieces" may start fitting together. Even more, whether that conflict would not appear, it is the duty of the team leader to sting the members so an actual conflict -albeit non critical- may arise.
