From them the author shows that: value is measurable; that prices are variables dependent on relative values; the economy is explained in terms of relative values, not prices; a new theory of the distribution of wealth is superior to the classical-neoclassical proposal; the classic-neoclassical foundation of financial institutions gives it characteristics of necessary and recurrent to the crises derived therefrom; the independence of the theory of the economic unit of measurement from the theory of the currency, allows it to establish the neutrality of that, to the detriment of the attempt to allocate it to the currency; his new theory of the currency is superior of the known ones; ...

The theories of the author, product of his deep investigations, start from 1987 (Principles of Political Economy of Carl Menger), without realizing scale in later developments.
